WebSmart

An hour of facts. Not a weekend of tutorials.

Tell us the business.
Keep the weekend.

Wix sells the workshop. We deliver the finished truck. Here is how little you do.

Photograph of a handshake in an office

You do not need a twelve-stage “digital transformation.” You need a site that exists, loads on a phone, and can be fixed without calling a committee. WebSmart runs a short path from facts you already know to a live domain you control at /admin.

The story in one breath

A shop owner has the truck, the license, the reviews on a map pin — and a domain that still points nowhere useful. They stop trying to “learn the builder this winter.” They send a brief. AI designs and writes a full first draft. They preview it on a phone, mark the wrong hours and the missing emergency line, and approve. The site goes live on their domain. From then on they sign in on their own website at /admin to change pages and photos. Two revisions a month cover bigger asks. AI tends the pages so the storefront does not quietly decay.

That is the whole loop.

Step 1 — Brief

You answer plain questions:

You do not pick plugins. You do not design wireframes. You hand over operator facts. Bad facts in means bad copy out — so this step is where you are careful. Licenses, prices, and guarantees stay your responsibility.

Step 2 — AI designs and writes

From the brief, AI produces a first full draft of the AI-designed website:

This is a draft with momentum, not a blank canvas. You still correct anything that is factually wrong. We would rather you strike a sentence than let a wrong claim ship.

Photographed images are placed in the HTML build from what you supply or approve. We do not pretend generated art is your job site.

Step 3 — Preview

You get a preview link. You look at it the way a customer would: phone first, then desktop if you want.

You mark notes in plain language:

This is cheaper than arguing about fonts for a month. The preview exists so launch is a decision, not a surprise.

Step 4 — Live on your domain

When preview notes are handled, the site goes live on your custom domain. Hosting, SSL, and CDN sit under the managed website. The mailbox path is set so business email can match the domain.

Live means a stranger can type your name, land on your pages, and call you. It does not mean endless hidden redesigns. It means the storefront is open.

Step 5 — You change pages and photos at /admin

After launch, everyday control sits where it belongs:

You sign in on your own website at /admin to change pages and photos.

Update a price note. Swap a seasonal photo. Fix a typo. Add a new service line when you start offering it. You should not need a ticket for every small truth update.

What happens between your edits

AI tends the pages — consistency, light upkeep, and the managed environment — so the site does not sit abandoned. Separately, your plan includes two revisions per month for broader request passes you do not want to click through alone. Extra revision work is billed. That split keeps monthly pricing honest: daily facts at /admin, bigger passes as named revisions, extras in the open.

How long it takes (honest range)

Speed depends on you as much as on us. A complete brief, usable photos, and fast preview notes move quickly. A domain still sitting at another registrar with no login available adds time. A store catalog with dozens of unfinished product descriptions adds time.

We do not print fake “live in 47 minutes” promises. We print the sequence: brief → draft → preview → live → /admin.

What you do vs what we do

You: facts, photos, approvals, domain access, mailbox decisions, final say on claims. WebSmart: design/copy draft, managed hosting stack, launch on your domain, /admin for your edits, AI tending the pages, two revisions a month, extras billed when you ask.

Picking a plan before the brief

The process is the same shape on every plan. The page inventory and structure change with the plan.

Common sticking points (and how we avoid them)

“I’ll send photos later.” Later becomes never. Send what you have. A real truck photo beats a perfect plan for a future shoot.

“Can we launch without a domain?” You can preview without one. A proper small-business launch wants your custom domain. We connect it as part of going live.

“Who will write our About?” AI drafts from your brief. You correct voice and facts. You remain the author of anything regulated or personal.

“What if I hate a section?” Mark it in preview. Use a revision after launch if needed. Do not silently live with a page you will not show people.

Start the sequence

1. Choose Site, Business, or Store. 2. Send the brief. 3. Review the AI-designed draft. 4. Go live on your domain. 5. Sign in at /admin when something changes.
